Zermatt knows how to make a cozy alpine lounge

Zermatt has figured out the après ski scene. Back when Aspen and Whistler and Vail were still in the womb, Zermatt had a thriving bar scene that catered to cold, thirsty, and hungry outdoorsmen.

The maturity of their experience shows in places like CERVO, the restaurant we've come to two nights in a row. The food is excellent, the wine incredible, and the atmosphere is euphoric. Here is the bar:
