Rain in Zermatt

We are staying within view of the Matterhorn.

But I can't show you a photo yet because it has been socked in since we got to Zermatt yesterday.

Today we took a very welcome rest day: we walked around town, ate delicious bratwurst made by a street vendor, and watched movies on the iPad.

Zermatt seems like a cool town. This is the shot I took on the little bridge to our hotel, before it started raining:

Tomorrow morning we're hoping to get up on the trails and take some photos. Jon won't be happy until he sees the yeti that inspired beast that roars on the Matterhorn ride at Disneyland.
